E=STEAM is Niagara’s only field-trip program offering an inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and essential STEAM skills, Entrepreneurship = Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math. E=STEAM provides students in grades 7–12 with hands-on experiences designed to inspire problem-solving, collaboration and creativity.Â

Example Activities

Video Marketing
Students direct and produce their own commercials using green screen technology, video cameras, and editing software.

Makerspace Mechanics
Students explore hands-on engineering by building and testing a construction or all-terrain vehicle using provided materials.

Podcast Debate
Through structured debates and hands-on audio training, students build confidence in communication and learn the technical side of sound production using professional equipment.
Financial Forecasting
Teams build a city with a $1-billion budget, using tracking sheets and calculators to make strategic purchases, practice real-world financial planning, and solve problems together.
