Del Rollo has been a cornerstone of Canada’s wine industry for nearly 25 years. His career began in hospitality at prestigious establishments like Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts before transitioning to Vincor Canada (later acquired by Constellation Brands). At Vincor, he was instrumental in developing award-winning visitor experiences at wineries such as Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin.
Over the years, Del has held numerous leadership positions that have significantly impacted the industry. He oversaw hospitality operations at Jackson-Triggs and later managed multiple estate wineries across Canada. Del also played a key role in partnerships with Indigenous communities, such as the joint venture with the Osoyoos Indian Band to establish Nk’Mip Cellars.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Del has been deeply involved in industry advocacy. He served as Chair of Wine Growers Ontario and was recently elected Chair of Wine Growers Canada’s Board of Directors.
