Graduates from the Innovate Niagara IRP (Innovation and Resource Program) and the TRIP (Tourism Recovery and Innovation Program) are reaching new milestones, securing pilot projects, launching partnerships, and creating opportunities that strengthen our region’s economic and creative ecosystems.

Randy Hendriks – Grow, Build, Learn
Grow, Build, Learn helps students discover their potential through practical workshops that build confidence, creativity, and leadership skills. Randy recently secured two pilot programs with local schools and delivered his first in-class workshop this week, marking an exciting start to expanding hands-on learning opportunities for youth.

Mark Green – That Soccer Training Place
That Soccer Training Place offers skill development programs and specialized training equipment for soccer players of all levels. After connecting with local manufacturer Abatement at the NICHE Manufacturing event, Mark produced his first custom-designed training panel. He also opened a pop-up location at the Pen Centre, giving local athletes a chance to experience his innovative approach to soccer training in person.

Filomena Scarfone – Scarfone Imaging
Scarfone Imaging is a photography and visual media studio that captures iconic local landscapes and experiences. Taste the City – Joanna Pariseau & Melissa Ninaber
Taste the City reimagines Niagara’s culinary scene through locally guided food tours and tasting experiences that spotlight small restaurants and artisans. Joanna and Melissa have now partnered with Niagara Parks to launch a pilot project celebrating Niagara’s flavours and cultural diversity.

Trippl – Shelley Montreuil
Trippl. is a digital travel platform designed to connect visitors with authentic, locally curated experiences. Shelley’s team is now moving forward with a pilot project with Destination Niagara Falls, helping visitors explore the region through digital storytelling and community-driven itineraries.
